About me

An experienced criminal trial attorney with a reputation for getting impressive results - and a philosophy of compassionately treating his clients. Warm, sensitive and humorous person who genuinely cares about his clients. My goal is to help people who are in serious trouble with the law, and help them get through a difficult time in their lives. I take great pride and pleasure when I can satisfactorily conclude a criminal case. I take special pride when my client recognizes the reasons why an event occurred so that future legal difficulties can be avoided. My ability to achieve those objectives has brought me considerable success. I have practiced criminal law since 1982 - handling cases throughout the United States including Alabama, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, New York, Texas and Puerto Rico. I graduated from Queens College, New York (B.A., 1979) and earned my law degree from the University of Miami Law School (J.D., 1982). I was admitted to the Florida Bar that same year. During the first three years of my career, I worked as a Prosecutor for Janet Reno where I was an Assistant State Attorney.
