I first met Ms. Augusto when I was referred to her partner, Jim Sloto, to prepare a guardianship for my son, who is disabled. My husband and I were extremely impressed with her demeanor, knowledge and ability to explain the guardianship process in non-legalese terms.. We also used Ms. Augusto and Mr. Sloto to update our special needs t trust and other estate documents and have found their legal fees to be reasonable considering the high quality of their services. We have referred many of our friends to their office with total confidence and in every instance have received positive feedback.

Excellent communication and great lawyer/service!

Jackie helped me through a complex situation with my father's estate. I can't say enough good things about her, she was knowledgable, understanding and most importantly always responsive with any issues that arose. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a lawyer in her field of expertise.

Great Attorney!

Jacqueline helped with my father's estate. It was a difficult case because my father passed away in his homeland, the inheritance was in Florida and the heirs were in different countries. She was patient and diligent and delivered in a great way.

highly recommend; excellent lawyer

I sought Jackie's help when I unexpectedly lost my father in Florida. Residing out of state, it was with her experience, expertise and knowledge of Florida's legal process that helped guide us through the Guardianship and Probate. A process I knew absolutely nothing about. When mom passed, she worked with the courts to help close the guardianship and finalize my parents Estate. I have worked with Jackie for over 4 years, and I can honestly say, none of this would have been possible without her. She is compassionate, available, responsive, extremely thorough and a wealth of knowledge. I am forever grateful and appreciative for everything she has done for me and my family to get us here. Probate Case

Jackie is a very pleasant, professional and efficient lawyer. She took my case from another lawyer who in four months, he did nothing. In a matter of two weeks after she got my case, she filed the papers and I was named the Administrator of my mother's Estate. I was amazed and grateful. I has only been 5 month and the case is closed and all done. Thank you, Thank you Jackie for the wonderful and efficient work you did.

Wonderful Attorney

Ms. Augusto was very prompt in returning my phone call, and very attentive. She was able to assist me with respect to a complex question I had about my mother's estate. I was very impressed with how expediently she was able to look up the case, and provide me with a knowledgeable response. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sort through the daunting task of dealing with the aftermath of losing a loved one, and the complexities that ensue. What an excellent lawyer and helpful person!

I spoke with Jacqueline during a consultation only but she treated me as if I was already her client. She really does explain everything clearly and is very helpful with her guidance and advice. Another plus is she listens to you, I found other lawyers do not listen they just talk. It's obvious that Jacqueline is the type of lawyer who really wants to help others out with legal situations.

Incredibly Knowledgeable, Effective and Personable, Too!

Another attorney recommended Ms. Augusto to my husband and I, adding that she would be "great" for the job. From the onset, it was always that... GREAT! I needed her legal assistance with a trust issue where the Trustee failed to fulfill the decedent's wishes and five years had passed. Within one week of meeting with her in her office, the wheels were set in motion and didn't stop until the Trustee complied. After just a few months it was all over. Not only was Ms. Augusto knowledgeable and effective, she was very personable, too. She answered emails and took our calls promptly, and remembered that there were human feelings attached. For that I am very appreciative. I would highly recommend Ms. Jacquelin Augusto to anyone seeking assistance within her area of Probate, Guardianship, Trusts, etc. As a matter of fact, I believe that she sets the standard of how all attorneys should be.

Amazing!

After my spouse passed away, the last thing I wanted to do was to deal with all the legal aspects of the situation as I mourned her passing. When I met with Jackie for the first time, she made me feel comfortable and not like I was just a number. She was professional yet very sympathetic to my situation. She explained the whole process from A through Z, from the probate process to the establishment of my children's guardianship. She is very knowledgeable in her practice and has a heart of gold! She made what felt like a very convoluted process to complete, into a very simple process as she guided me throughout the way. She has been real blessing in light of our family's loss and pain.

A counselor in the truest sense of the word.

Jackie is not only knowledgeable, but also very responsive. When dealing with probate matters, Jackie frequently deals with the most sensitive of subject matters and often at very difficult times in the clients' lives. Excellent work. Very technical, but great with people too

Ms. Augusto worked on my wife and my will and estate planning and it was a great experience. She is very thorough and technical and has a clear command of the law in this area, but was also great from a service standpoint, taking time with my wife and I and walking us through everything in non-legal jargon. It was an excellent experience and definitely a huge value to me and my family. I will refer Ms. Augusto to anyone looking for an attorney in her area of Law.

Jackie is a fine lawyer. She understands the law well and she is able to apply her knowledge to her clients' needs. She has a wonderful personality and she is respected in her field by other lawyers and judges. She also has the ability to collaborate with other attorneys, including opposing counsel, which usually means a better result for the client. 5 Stars across the board!
