Dishonest
These reviews are all accurate. This guy ruined a deal for me worth millions. He embarrassed me with his incompetence. I could never get him on the phone. I lost a lot of money. Not worth his high hourly rate. Don’t hire this guy or his firm.

Fraud in a merger deal with a Mexican law firm
Jorge Arturo Flores Salinas conspired with Ben Wolkov to change the ownership interest of a corporation to defraud the owners of a business entity in multiple jurisdictions. This attorney needs to be disbarred and stop practicing law to protect the public from his bad faith.

Bad cross border deal
I hired Ben wolkov for a cross border merger transaction and his bad faith and incompetence caused the other side of the deal to pull out of the negotiation therefore having a negative economic impact on my organization.
