Ms. Sotelo helps families through the transfer of assets when their loved one dies. That's what probate and trust administration is about. I can't take away the grief, but I can make the paperwork easier to deal with.
While no one can minimize the grief involved at a loved one's passing, Ms. Sotelo strives to eliminate the administrative hassle by working with clients to plan the smooth transition of their assets at death to their desired beneficiaries. Ms. Sotelo regularly guides families through the probate process and provides counsel to individual and corporate trustees, personal representatives, and other fiduciaries as well as individual and charitable beneficiaries.
Ms. Sotelo continues as of counsel to Mantell, Prince & Reynolds, working with "snowbird" clients who travel between New Jersey and Florida. Ms. Sotelo has participated in many medical and philanthropic missions to Peru with her family. Ms. Sotelo lives in Miami with her husband and three children.
