As a former in-house counsel, I devote my practice to helping businesses in a variety of legal matters, including: reviewing and negotiating agreements (service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, distribution agreements, manufacturing agreements, consulting agreements, lease agreements, terms of use, privacy policies); providing legal counsel on employment matters, risk management, commercial disputes and litigation, trademark strategy and enforcement, privacy and security, and other regulatory compliance matters. I also currently act as the General Counsel for a local jewelry and accessories company.
