Lori Anne Sochin

I normally don't write these things but I had such a positive experience with Lori concerning a very complicated family trust that I owe her a tremendous debt of gratitude. My case concerned a blended family trust which, as I've learned, can be thorny and fractured affairs. I was co-trustee of the t...rust and I genuinely don't know if I would have made it through the experience with my sanity intact without Lori. She's incredibly smart, knows Florida law inside and out, and was creative in finding solutions when hope seemed lost. But most of all she was available when I needed her. In my regular life I have reason to deal with lawyers from time to time. If you want to feel true frustration, try dealing with an attorney who you can't get on the phone. Lori was there for me. 75% of the time she'd take my call right away. If not, she'd get back to me within a few hours. Lori's also an incredibly fun and interesting person. Probate cases require a lot of phone calls and emails. Better to go through it with someone whom you like and appreciate as a human being. Don't underestimate the importance of that. On the flip side, when hard ball needed to be played, she played hard ball. She was fierce when we got into the end game of my ordeal and in the end we came out with a very strong result. As anyone who's gone through a contested will or trust can tell you, it's a brutal experience. Thank goodness I chose Lori to represent me. I can't recommend her enough.
