He is also a Real Estate Title Insurance Agent and a member of the Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Furthermore, upon living in Valencia, Spain, for 6 months, Nick learned Spanish and is able to converse with his clients from Latin America.

utmost satisfied
Mr.Felzen represented me against my tenants who broke their 2 year lease for my apartment in Aventura ,Fla, and moved to Dallas ,Tx. Condominium association collection case
Mr. Felzen is great! he helped our condominium association recover a large sum of past due association fees. We have also used him for other matters and have been satisfied with those as well.
