ABOUT JEFFREY D. DE CARLO

As a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, I have practiced law since 1995. For the first ten years of practice, I worked on catastrophic personal injury matters and complex business litigation cases at some of the largest and most prestigious law firms statewide and in the U.S. Since opening my own law office, I represent plaintiffs (victims) in complex personal injury matters in the area of products liability with a focus on dangerous pharmaceutical drugs and defective medical devices. I also represent small business owners and investors in complex business disputes.

PERSONAL INJURY MATTERS

There is never a charge for initial consultations for personal injury matters and I am available to consult on legal matters nationwide. For personal injury cases, I work on a contingency-fee basis. This means that, if there is no recovery, there is no fee.

Defective Transvaginal MESH devices that may cause organ injuries,

Asbestos-related disease cases, and

Childhood Sexual Abuse cases – against schools, teachers, churches and child-oriented organizations. 

BUSINESS LITIGATION AND ALL OTHER MATTERS

For all other matters, an initial consultation fee must be paid in advance and I offer competitive hourly rates for legal services once retained.
