Great foreclosure help
Highly recommend. She helped me save my home from foreclosure and I got 28,000 at closing. I highly recommend her. Ms. Salcines is very personable. I always sat with her not her paralegals. She always took my calls, was present in court and held my hand every step of the way. So glad she was there f...

Fraud lawyer reported/to florida bar and police
DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER! I warn you all who are researching a good lawyer she avoids contact after payment and provides subpar unfinished work. Context: She was supposed to provide a contract for Tuesday for a financial settlement between myself and another party. With the potential of engaging wi...
COMPLETELY FALSE AND DEFAMATORY. Ms. Chynn, if your intention is to protect the public from unethical or "extortionist" lawyers as you refer to me, why don't you recount the events as they actually happened by telling the truth, instead of fabricating the events. Isn't that the sole purpose of leaving a review, so the public is aware of lawyers and how we treat our clients? Your review is completely defamatory and fabricates what actually took place. You hired my services to draft an Agreement between you and another person which was done and provided to you, in writing, by email, well before the Tuesday deadline. Once it was exchanged with the other party, however, the other party was not in agreement with signing it and you became very upset and made me the scapegoat. We exchanged numerous emails, and numerous phone calls which your review fails to mention rather alleges that "I do not return phone calls to clients". That is false. We were in communication almost every day. While I understand you were upset, clearly I can not control nor force another party to agree to something they do not want to agree to. After you found this out, you showed up at my office, unnannounced, with another woman, aggressively demanding to see me and threatening not to leave. My assistant, who was there alone, advised you that I was not in and that you did not have any appointment. You told her you were not going to leave until I arrived. After some time, seeing that I was in fact not in, you left stating you would be back at 2 PM. I stepped out of my hearing and texted you to understand what was going on and why you were aggressively appearing at my office, without an appointment, scaring my assistant. The woman who texted back said she was driving and could not respond but that you would be back at 2 PM demanding once again to see me. I advised the woman, again by text, that I did not see anyone without appointments and again advised of my Mediation at 3 pm. I did state however that I was happy to call you and discuss. Quite significantly different then posted in your review, wherien you allege that " you went to my office in person for a meeting she had agreed to at 2 PM" and I refused to see you. The text messages speak for themselves . At 2 PM you both showed up at my office again, without an appointment and aggressively began knocking on the door. I spoke to you over the intercom advising once again that you did not have an appointment and that due to my mediation, I was not able to meet with you. You falsely write "she proceeded to walk into her office/lock the door, close the blinds and call us from inside". Again, completely false. I never walked into my office nor closed any blinds as if to hide, while you were there, This is completely false. And nobody was avoiding you because of the "inability to provide the paid service" as claimed. I would have never accepted you as a client nor prepared a Retainer Agreement if I had any doubt that I could render the services. Quite the contrary. I not only provided you with the document I was hired for, but did so five days BEFORE the deadline. Again, it was not my fault that the other party was not in agreement with what you were demanding. Immediately thereafter, it was your friend that IN WRITING, sent me a text and apologized for the "disturbance" (in her own words) that you both caused at my office, yelling and screaming at my front door and wrote "she will accept 50% refund and move on and not file any complaint". Was this meant to be an extortion when I clearly did nothing wrong but rather timely prepared and sent what I was hired to do? The posting of these false reviews, merely because the other side did not agree, does little to protect the public when they are completely false. For almost 24 years, I pride myself in providing consumers like you, prompt and efficient legal services which was no different in your case. Best of luck.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
Jacqueline states she is "HANDS ON" with 23 years experience. NOT SO AT ALL. She "PRIMISED" to get back with me on 3 separate occasions (appointments) yet she says they were NOT appointments. REALLY? I'll call you on Monday At a meeting, will call you when done. I'll call you tomorrow between...
