Andre Alexander Rouviere

Do not recommend this lawyer to ANYONE! we were recommended to him and I wish we never hired him. All he cared about was collecting money. My husband and I had our first immigration interview in mid December when we met with him I brought Andre all documents and Andre didn’t review any of the documen...ts and never suggested what we should bring. Then when we went to the interview Andre brought the representation document as if we were being presented in front of a judge and when Andre apologized to the officer Andre openly admitted he hasn’t done immigration in a very long time.(If we known that we would have never even hired him) When the officer asked him a very serious question about my husband case he stated he never knew about it and said we had just hired him last week. Mind you when we met with him I gave him detailed information about what the officer asked because it was my main concern and I knew it was going to be brought up during the interview. Also we paid him a month prior to the interview so no possible way we hired him a week prior to the interview if he received payment a month prior. USCIS requested for a second interview on 01/10 so we contacted Andre office on 01/02 and Andre assistant stated she called USCIS and that USCIS stated we were having a second interview based off of what happened in the first interview and the major concern of what the officer ask our lawyer. Andre assistant stated they will give us a call to schedule an appointment so we can go back to the office. we followed up 01/03 said they we will hear back from them, followed up again on 01/06 and again they said they were gonna look into it. It is 01/27 and we are still waiting for them to call us back. Thank God we found Jennifer Pratt who not only prepared us for this second interview but she knew how to handle my husband case very professionally and knew what she was doing. Please save your time and money and do not go to Andre my opinion they only want to get paid and don’t really care about your case.

I haven’t stoped celebrating my freedom , that was taking away from me when I was falsely accused of domestic violence by an angry pathological lier. I would like to take a moment and tell you why I rate Andre Rouviere as highly as I could: He is responsive, he is compassionate, he is thorough and he is a darn good attorney! I have used Andre for 3 family matters. Each was resolved quickly and all results were favorable. The first matter was... when a person in my family was physically harmed by someone. Andre coached us through this unenviable process. He facilitated our compensation of expenses AND he ensured the other party served community time. I found the situation to be overwhelming, but Andre was accessible and his guidance was superb. The second time I sought help from the Law Offices of Andre Rouviere was when I had made a substantial deposit on a construction project for our home, and the contractor started to flake out on me; he didn’t return phone calls and the few eMails I received indicated an increase in the price and a push back from the completion date. By the time I called Andre, I felt hopeless and duped. Andre researched the matter, saw I was in the right, and he wrote ONE LETTER to the contractor. The result? I got my deposit back within days. The 3rd time I asked Andre to help was just 2 weeks ago. I asked him to intervene in a situation involving one of my relatives being in violation of a Driver’s License matter. This was a bureaucratic problem where we thought we had resolved the issue many months ago. Here again, Andre thoroughly researched the matter and deciphered through past-due charges and other penalties. He resolved the problems quickly and efficiently.

Mr. Rouviere challenged the police officer who cited me for a traffic citation. Mr. Rouviere knew the area, did his discovery and when it came time to cross examine the officer he caught him in not one but two separate lies. Mr. Rouviere has handled a number of my traffic citations and has won 100% o...f them. Mr. Rouviere also handled several injuries involving a car accident where the other person was charged and the outcome from the case financially was all do to his focus to win at all cost. I would recommend Mr. Rouviere for a PI cases, traffic issues, criminal cases as well as divorce law.
