I was shocked that Mr. Bland, said attorney answered his phone plus talked with me ample time about a cat the prior car ran over but he got my offense removed ($For a great price), for blocking traffic (as I scooped up the LIVE cat for I feared other cars would run over the cat one arm or section at ...a time) Mr. Brand cited statuates that were to my advantage and informed me that he had won my case. Gosh knows how much my insurance would have jumped. I've got an old 2007 Lincoln town car with 25k miles and pay 1,350./year via Nationwide. I'm disabled,single, own my own home but I'm sure Attorney Bland has saved me $$$ for four or more years to come. I was so. Upset thinking of representing myself. This way Attorney Bland saved me all the hastles of court and fines etc. He is a very nice man. I just hope and pray regardless how his business grows that he will always answer his own phone. Sure he can have secretaries but I pray he 1st talk to his client then hand them over to secretary. There is always a loss of communication when a third party that has no financial incentive or legal knowledge when a 3rd party answers the phone. I was dealing with a fraud issue for some months where someone got a copy of my license and was getting tickets, hit and run accident and even went to jail and use my name . I drive trucks over the road so I'm not able to be home every day. But Gerald was able to take care of the matter to where t...he tickets are taken off my records.
