I was shocked that Mr. Bland, said attorney answered his phone plus talked with me ample time about a cat the prior car ran over but he got my offense removed ($For a great price), for blocking traffic (as I scooped up the LIVE cat for I feared other cars would run over the cat one arm or section at ...a time) Mr. Brand cited statuates that were to my advantage and informed me that he had won my case.
