I saw Henry Lopez aguiar advertized on TV and called him to make an appt for a modification. I was seen by his office manager and she did a pre-qualification to see if I can qualify for a loan modification. I signed up with them and in about 6 months got the trail payment period from the bank. My mor...tgage payment went down to 50%of what I was initially paying. The bank took more than 3 months to approve the final but their staff kept working on my file to make sure it got finalzed. I have referred friends and family to him and they also have had great experience. Henry and his staff treat you with respect and are very knowledgable with any questions you may have. I definately recommend him.
