I won my first jury trial as a legal intern while I was a third year law student. I have successfully tried hundreds of state and federal cases, both jury and non jury. I have learned that there is simply no substitute for experience.

I understand the importance of working with closely my clients to make sure that I have a firm grasp of the facts. Above all I  have learned the improtance of simply listening.  After all it is the client's freedom and future that is on the line.

On a personal note I have lived in the Miami area since I was one year old. I grew up on and in water. I still fish, surf and windsurf here and throughout central America whenever I can get away, thanks to a very supportive wife and two wonderful daughters.
