I retained Bobby and his Firm to represent me in a Paternity/Relocation matter in Miami-Dade County. Bobby was recommended to me by a fellow attorney who practiced in Family law as being "One of the Best Family Lawyers in Miami." I thank my friend for the recommendation and can assure you that Bobb...y is not "one" of the best....he IS the best. Prior to representing me, Bobby contacted me, personally, and spoke about the case. It appeared that he was interviewing me to confirm if I was the type of Client that he would want to represent. This resonated with me for two reasons: First, as an Attorney myself, I understand that dealing with Clients and managing expectations is challenging. To that end, understanding the Client's goals is critical to being able to deliver those results given the facts of the matter. Second, I immediately understood that when Bobby takes on a representation, he is 100% invested in his Client, the Client's best interest and successfully navigating through the litigation to reach that outcome. Both of my realizations where accurate. From the inception, Bobby and his Firm invested their resources, expertise and attention to my case. Bobby is a master at analyzing the facts of a case, confirming what the best result is for the Client then plotting a strategic course to achieve that goal. His legal vision, quite honestly and based on my almost two decades of litigation experience, is uncanny. His ability to materialize that vision is even better. Within weeks, Bobby and his Firm were in control of the litigation. Bobby and his firm always communicated with me and explained the decisions before they were taken so that I truly felt part of the process. I never felt that Bobby and his Firm were taking advantage of me. Quite the contrary, I always felt that my matter was being handled with the utmost professionalism, attention and skill. whether it were day, night, or on the weekends, Bobby would always make himself available to discuss my matter. I appreciate his representation, his attention to detail and his unyielding dedication to his craft. Bobby truly is the best in the business and I wholeheartedly and unequivocally recommend him and his Firm for any Family law related matter.

The old adage " if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" describes my experience hiring Robert D. Orshan as my divorce attorney. His practice of law throughout the entire time he represented me, personified everything one hears in regard to family law being a racket and fraud. He exhibited l...ittle to no regard for the well-being of my children, when he persistently ignored many of my emails and phone calls and continuously deflected and escalated issues. He used my case to devise ways for him to increase his monetary gain such as, escalating conflict at the expense of myself and my children, offering no resolution to issues, increasing the duration of the case, and stealing. Moreover, I was deceived on custody issues, thus finding out at a later date that he colluded with the other side, rather than represent my children and I in the manner in which I asked to be represented. I fired him after a horrible incident occurred with one my children. As a client wrote in a prior review here, I ended up representing myself. I do not recommend hiring this lawyer. I held off on writing a public review for a long time, but after catching a glimpse of his latest website, I cannot sit back and allow another mother or her children to be lured into his trap. Unfortunately, I had to find out through a horrific experience, that this lawyer is misrepresenting himself to the public. A heinous experience.

I hope to Nobody goes through what I went through. But if You do the only Lawyer You should hire is Bobby Orshan ,and his TEAM. He didn't only met, but exceeded all of my expectations. He is a true professional, and He would answer personally my phone calls, and Emails any time I called. Christin...a,Raquel, and all the TEAM treated me like I was the only case they were working on. Bobby keep up the great service you provide. Never seen an Attorney like Bobby's action at Court. Thank a MILLIONS.

After initially being helpful and appearing knowledgeable, Mr. Orshan quickly lost interest in my case once he realized there would be little or no conflict in my divorce. He wouldn't return my calls and I felt abandoned by my attorney. I actually asked him to transfer my case to an associate so I co...uld get the attention I needed, which he refused. I dealt with my husband and his attorneys on my own 90% of the time, and finally decided to represent myself. I understood that was a huge risk, but I was just wasting my time and money with Mr. Orshan. I finally got a call back after leaving him a message saying I no longer needed his services. Huge bill, very little help.
