Ms. Dominguez began her career as an Immigration Attorney in Miami, FL where she gained experience as an Associate Attorney assisting clients with their various Immigration needs including Family Petitions, Adjustment of Status, TPS, Cuban Adjustment Act, U-Visa, VAWA, Asylum, Waivers of Inadmissibility, Naturalization, Removal Defense, Bond Proceedings and more. She later relocated to New York City where she gained further experience as an Immigration Associate Attorney and helped supervise the family based petition, U-Visa, DACA and Naturalization department for the firm. Working in the fast paced and diverse Immigration Court in New York City served to strengthen Ms. Dominguez’ dedication to serving the immigrant community. She later returned to Miami, FL to found Dominguez Law Firm, PLLC. This has given her the opportunity to serve the immigrant community both in her home town and all over the United States and provide them with the efficient, compassionate and one on one service they deserve.
Ms. Dominguez earned her law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. She also possesses a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She is admitted to the practice of law in both Florida and New York.
