Termination of Proceedings in Immigration Court

OUTCOME: Case Terminated

I had a client who was eligible to adjust his status and obtain a green card before USCIS. His wife had petition approved through her employer and the client was a derivative. Unfortunately the client ... had been detained by Immigration and was in proceedings before EOIR. His case had previously been administratively closed. Client's prior attorney had been unable to get the case terminated. I file a Motion to Terminate before EOIR and was able to get client's case terminated. He is now on his way to getting a green card.
