Lillian A. Ser

For over 17 years, I have worked with business owners, real estate investors, institutions and individuals assisting them in all aspects of legal representation including corporate and business counsel, real estate matters involving acquisition, development, construction, leasing, and land use and zoning. I also provide outside general corporate counsel services to my entrepreneur and small corporate clients that may not need or want a full-time in-house counsel.

At heart, I am an entrepreneur, a trait I share with many of my clients.  As such, after working many years for large international law firms and being in-house counsel on a major development project, in July 2009 I started my own practice and I've never looked back.  My education (M.B.A. and J.D.), coupled with my business and legal experience garnered over the years, prepared me for establishing and running my own firm and doing what I enjoy most – being closely involved in advising my clients on all aspects of their corporate and real estate legal issues.  I know the importance and value of personalized attention and service and I strive to give my clients both while providing sound legal advice.
