Long-term disability case against insurance company

I was unable to continue my career because of a disability. I’ve had long-term disability insurance for the last 30 plus years so I thought that at least my financial needs would be met while I was unable to work. I was wrong! The doctor’s that the insurance company used to review my case disputed... my claim and denied it. It was extremely frustrating and stressful, and I knew that I needed a lawyer to represent my disability case. I did a lot of research and settled on the Dabdoub Law Firm. After talking to them they accepted my case. Kevin Probst and the support staff were amazing. They won the appeal, and I received the best possible outcome in my case. I’m so grateful and I highly recommend the Dabdoub Law Firm for any disability claim.

Great Lawyer - Won my Case!!

Back in April 2022, my Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance and thanks to the Dabdoub Law Firm my benefits were reinstated in Jan 2023. I was in complete shock as was my family and doctors who were all fully supportive of my disability. Being disabled alone is difficult enough then having to figure o...ut this, I felt completely lost. I asked New York Life how to appeal their decision, everything they told me to do was wrong. I spent weeks researching and thinking what to do, I found the Dabdoub Law Firm. I spoke with the founder, Edward Dabdoub multiple times and he answered all my questions and was very compassionate about my situation. Attorney Kevin Probst along with multiple attorneys worked on my case; they were all great as was the entire staff including my Legal Assistant Claudio Reyes. The firm had a small family feel but a large enough staff to handle everything so I liked having that peace of mind. I liked being able to do everything electronically which was much easier for me. In my option the Dabdoub Law Firm is the best Long-Term Disability (LTD) Firm in the USA. I spent a lot of time researching and speaking with other Law Firms but I did not feel as comfortable with them or their contracts. I was happy I didn’t need to layout any money to get representation or pay upfront for the medical testing/reports needed to help with the legal appeal. Yes, they took on the risk and were fully invested in winning my case. Losing my LTD benefits was a major hardship and very stressful, something no one should ever have to go through. It is honestly crazy how the insurance companies can legally do this but if you want you benefits back and have your doctors support, you need a lawyer. My Aunt who used to do insurance appeals and my friend who works in Insurance said even with the proper medical support they won’t just approve you, then you risk then needing to go to court which is even more expensive and timely. Not appealing your case correctly can also make it impossible to win in court depending on your policy. So, I highly recommend contacting the Dabdoub Law Firm, I feel you will also be impressed. They have been nothing short but great. I will be forever thankful for them helping me.
