After interviewing several law firms and researching ERISA Law, my father & I agreed, hands down, that attorney KEVIN PROBST at Dabdoub Law was our #1 pick!! We knew fighting the powers of ERISA... Law required a “big gun” attorney and firm. I am so GRATEFUL to Kevin, and his team, for working tirelessly on my claim and never taking “no” for an answer. I live in a city that doesn’t have any ERISA Law Firms, yet my attorney, KEVIN PROBST, was always just a phone call away! He spoke with us on numerous occasions throughout the different stages of my claim and patiently answered our many questions. Kevin always provided excellent guidance & demonstrated outstanding response times with every form of communication. KEVIN PROBST is very empathetic, compassionate and understanding. More importantly, he went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. The only regret I have now is that I didn’t hire KEVIN PROBST/DABDOUB LAW when my STD was denied. Disability Denial Overturned

Before reaching out to the Dabdoub Law Firm, I had contacted several other offices that did not want to take on my case. I had just about given up hope. Kevin was extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable, a...nd is well versed in issues relevant to disability cases. He answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend the Dabdoub Law Firm. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful. Eddie, Kevin Probst, and Nina B all did an outstanding job with my LTD case. They were all very knowledgeable and professional. Sonya, and other support staff members were also very professional, polite, and helpful. T...hey just have an amazing law office from top to bottom. One of the best aspects of the practice is that everyone had such great communication with me. If I ever had a question, I could email them and have an answer back same day if not immediately. Of course, calling them was an easy option too. They always kept me updated on my case and what the goals were. I really liked how they involved me in the case and valued my input. They were very patient and helped explain things to me. I’m a very curious person and liked to know all the little details and they were so understanding and explained things to me. I cannot thank them enough. I would absolutely trust and recommend them to anyone who needs help with a disability case.
