Law required a “big gun” attorney and firm. I am so GRATEFUL to Kevin, and his team, for working tirelessly on my claim and never taking “no” for an answer. I live in a city that doesn’t have any ERISA Law Firms, yet my attorney, KEVIN PROBST, was always just a phone call away! LTD appeal case

I was in a car accident that resulted in several injuries that prevented me from returning to work and was placed on LTD. I had no idea how such a system worked and when my claim was denied (this seems to a common occurrence) It was a challenge to navigate the process. The nature of my injuries made ...it all the more difficult (compiling information, understanding the appeals timeline, documentation requirements etc.) and I was very stressed. I live in NY and was surprised at the varying attorney fees and contracts: Dabdoub has a very clear fee structure and takes the time to answer all of your concerns before they are retained. Once assigned Mr. Probst I found the process straightforward and my emails and questions were addressed fully and thoroughly. The process is extremely intimidating and having an attorney who can explain it and present all of your options is crucial. Mr. Probst went over the many variables and difficulties with LTD carriers and the nature of these cases. He laid out a clear timeline, strategy, contingency plans and he won! It was a relief and success to work with Mr. Probst.

Awesome Team

Kevin and Claudio were very thorough in handling my case. They kept a great line of communication with me about everything going on with me case. They let me know that the company I worked for pushed back many of times, but these two never gave up or gave in. Disability Denial Overturned
