I am an attorney and I cannot recommend Jonathan enough. Jonathan guided me through a very contentious divorce and several years of post-divorce litigation. He is extremely effective without being nasty and he is understanding and empathetic to those of us who must go through this unfortunate ordeal...! Jonathan understands the emotional, financial and experiential cost of divorce and his primary interest is to find the best path to resolution and closure so you can move on and rebuild your life constructively. He is a master of strategy - what to get and what to give. He is an excellent problem solver who comes up with creative and constructive solutions to complex problems and he'll advocate firmly and effectively to protect your position. Jonathan has a non-adversarial approach to conflict resolution and he'll do everything in his power to get you a peaceful, cooperative and speedy resolution yet he will always protect your position and stand up for your rights as necessary. Perhaps the highest praise I have ever heard about Jonathan came from the person who recommended him to me several years ago. He lamented the fact that Jonathan represented his ex-wife in the divorce and emphatically told me that Jonathan is the guy YOU want to have in your corner instead of as opposing counsel! He was right. Hire Jonathan before your ex does!!!! He is not only an amazing lawyer but is also a great person as well.

Jonathan helped me with a child support modification and custody case. For the last 10 years I have struggled to raise my children due to the minimal child support awarded at my divorce ( since my former husband concealed his income). I wish I would have met Jonathan and Cris 10 years ago. I know... they would have done everything possible to reveal my ex's true income and my children would have had everything they needed growing up. I am happy that our paths crossed last year because for the next 5 years I will have the financial freedom and peace of mind needed to place my boys on a path towards success. For this, I will be forever grateful.

Jonathan and his associate Cris brought compassion and order to a court case that had gotten out of control with false allegations from my former husband. I recommend them highly as advocates for any person going through a divorce. Instead of bringing more drama to what in most cases is a very diffic...ult situation, they bring clear thinking and legal knowledge.

Can I start with saying there are not enough stars to rate Jonathon here. If there were more I would be selecting the MOST option. Jonathon has been working with my Fiancé on a family law matter. His work ethic, professionalism and overall compassion throughout what is a very stressful time was amazi...ng. I have had to deal with a family attorney in the past in Australia and if I ever had the same again I would prefer to fly Jonathon to Australia to represent me then have to deal with inept attorneys again. Once you have had an experience with Jonathon you would never consider anyone else to represent you with your personal matters.

Jonathan exceeded my expectations when it came to his knowledge of family law, as well as his emotional intelligence in the courtroom. As others have posted, he was always one step ahead while dealing with multiple, complicated matters of the case. His legal acumen was the overriding factor that le...d to a much more balanced agreement. Without him, it more than likely would have gone the opposite way. I can't recommend him highly enough.
