Jonathan Jonasz represented me in an alimony modification case where the original divorce judgment was for permanent alimony. From the beginning, Mr. Jonasz was upfront and realistic in his assessment of the possible outcomes of my case depending on whether it could be resolved out of court or went ...to trial. He made me feel like an active participant in the case by listening to my thoughts and analysis of the discovery, by sharing appeals court case history and by keeping me informed at each step in the process.
