Biography
Emmanuel Miguelez is a graduate from Florida International University College of Law.
A Miami native, Emmanuel completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Miami, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and minored in both English and Business Law. While at the University of Miami, Emmanuel was a full-time student athlete. As a member of the baseball team, Emmanuel received a full tuition athletic/academic scholarship, and helped lead his team to the 2006 College World Series.
After his junior year of college, Emmanuel was drafted in the 8th round of the Major League Baseball amateur player draft. As a professional baseball player in the Detroit Tigers organization, Emmanuel not only had the opportunity represent the Tigers organization all over the country, but also polish his ability to perform in pressure situations.
Emmanuel was a founding member and the managing partner of FIU College of Law’s Society of Legal Entrepreneurship (“SOLE”).
Emmanuel also clerked for the Honorable Judge Maria M. Korvick in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court.
