Nicolas Martinez is the Founder of Nicolas Martinez, P.A., a Miami-based law firm dedicated to assisting families and individuals in the areas of family law and estate planning. Born and raised in South Florida, Nicolas completed his undergraduate studies at Florida International University in 2010 and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law in 2013. During law school, Nicolas was a founding member of the Society of Legal Entrepreneurship (“SOLE”). Nicolas also clerked for the Honorable Maria M. Korvick and the Honorable Celeste Hardee Muir of the Probate Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court. Prior to establishing his own practice, Mr. Martinez gained valuable experience under two boutique family law firms specializing in multifaceted and high net worth cases. It’s truly unfortunate that I’m forced to write this negative review but my situation is like others listed. Attorney Martinez took payment for a flat fee service then ceased communicating. Once I filed the cc dispute, he emailed saying he was ill. After cancelling the dispute and funds being revers...
