Saidin Marcus Hernandez

Mr. Hernandez received his Bachelors of Arts from American Intercontinental University and a Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, District of Columbia, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Dade County Bar and the Cuban American Bar Association where he has served on several committees. Mr. Hernandez currently serves on the statewide Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee of the Florida Bar. He is a native Spanish speaker. Mr. Hernandez concentrates his practice in the areas of inbound tax planning for foreign nationals, wealth preservation, business planning, estate planning and corporate representation. Mr. Hernandez has written for international publications and has appeared on Univision's Primer Impacto and local radio programs. His clients include multinational companies, executives and investors.
