Ryan Christopher Marger

Ryan Marger is an associate attorney at Pearson Bitman LLP, focusing on Business Litigation, Real Estate, Consumer Finance, Domestic Relations.

Prior to earning his law degree, Ryan worked as a law clerk for an Atlanta, Georgia area firm practicing general civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. During that time, he developed a continuing legal education presentation entitled Reel Lawyers vs. Real Lawyers which compared the public’s perception of an attorney's ethical obligation as seen through cinema with the reality of an attorney's ethical obligation as governed by the Florida Rules of Professional Conduct.

When he passed the Florida Bar Exam in 2007, Ryan worked at the Miami law firm Marks & West, P.A. While there, he practiced high-conflict domestic relations law and acted as associate general counsel practicing general civil litigation for a prominent Miami car dealership. Ryan later moved to Sanchez-Medina, Gonzalez, Quesada, Lage, Gomez, Machado & Preira, LLP where he continued the practice of high-conflict domestic relations law.

He worked on several high-profile cases, including one that involved the Hague Convention on International Child Abduction and resulted in the successful return of an abducted child from South Africa.

In 2013, Ryan transitioned to focus on general civil litigation with the law firm of Elizabeth R.Wellborn, P.A. While there, he conducted hundreds of trials, handled numerous litigated cases throughout the State of Florida, and trained witnesses for financial institutions.

Ryan has been involved with the Inns of Court, Habitat for Humanity, and Kidside programs in the South Florida community.
