Hands Down the Best Family Law Attorney in South Florida!

I was unexpectedly in the middle of a complex and delicate family case and having no previous experience with lawsuits and/or attorneys, I was beyond terrified. I didn't know where to start and just the thought of having a complete stranger handle the fate of my family was the scariest and most overw...helming experience of my life. I had talked to several attorneys, but I was always left with an uneasy felling, until I took the advise of a former co-worker who highly recommended Evan Marks. I am extremely lucky to have met Evan! All my fears and anxieties were immediately relieved when I met him for the first time. I immediately knew I could trust him to get me and my family through the horrible situation we were experiencing. He is extremely proactive and is always one step ahead. Evan is the most professional and honest family attorney anyone could find, he really cares for his clients and does whatever he can to get results fast, he does not waste any time and is very patient and thorough in explaining every step of the legal process to us to put you at ease and to reassure you without ever being misleading. Needless to say, he took us by the hand throughout the whole ordeal and won the case for us, giving back to me and my family the peace and the freedom to move on and enjoy our lives. We will always be grateful to Evan and his team. I can't imagine what would be of my family now, had it not been for him. I would recommend Evan to anyone without any hesitation, I would actually encourage anyone with a family case no matter how complex to meet with Evan. As another prominent attorney told me, "there are very few attorneys of Evan's caliber, with Evan you are in the best possible hands".

Best family law attorney in MIami!!!!

Evan Marks is the best family law attorney in Miami. I interviewed many, many attorneys in Miami, and the day I met Evan, I knew my search was over. Fortunately my gut feeling was right on and he delivered far more than I could have possibly imagined. He came highly recommended by several other fo...rmer clients. He is personable, brilliant, honest, and most of all truly caring. He made my daughter and I feel as if we were his family. He worked relentlessly on our case and was so prepared at every step of the process. His attention to detail is frightening. At times, he knew the facts of my case probably better than I. He won every single hearing we attended. I was embarrassed for the opposing counsel. Instead of trying to build up his bill, he was quick, efficient and very much wanted to settle as soon as possible. The most impressive thing about Evan is his ethics. He never once asked me to lie or even deviate from the truth. He is so good, he has no need to be dishonest!!!

Relationship: Worked for lawyer

"I had the pleasure of learning the practice of law from Evan. I clerked for him starting the summer following my first year of law school and continuing until I passed the Bar. He took me under his wing and trained me how to be a zealous and ethical family law attorney. I was an associate with Evan's firm until I moved to Georgia. I consider myself fortunate to have had such a strong mentor (who I still call on occasion). I wholeheartedly endorse Evan."
