Не могу рекомендовать Екатерину как профессионального адвоката. Она взялась оказать лимитированную услугу и не выполнила её. Придя к ней в офис и рассказав о своей ситуации, Екатерина сказала, что у неё есть опыт в решении подобных дел. Я объяснил, что у меня должен был быть суд, но из-за того чт...о документы не дошли, Master hearing не состоялся. С тех пор у меня остановились ead clock и нет дальнейшей информации о следующем слушании. Я заплатил Екатерине 1500$ без подписания какого-либо договора с ней, т.к. она сказала что это повторюсь лимитированная услуга. Я отправил ей свои документы и данные. После этого она составила письмо и отправила в суд от моего имени. По-прошествии 60 дней никакого результата и ответа с суда не было. Екатерина также очень навязчиво предлага стать моим адвокатом в деле, но я отказался потому, что она потребовала еще 8000$. Эту сумму она предложила оплатить частями в течении 6 месяцев. Увы такого наглого предложения я ещё не встречал. Тогда Екатерина сказала, что мне придётся ехать в суд и добиваться встречи с court administrator. Я пошёл в суд и показав письмо от Екатерины мне сказали, что оно не соответствует требованиям для открытия кейса заново. После этого созвонившись с Екатериной я услышал от неё, что я ввёл её в заблуждение и не сказал, что мой кейс закрыт. А зачем я тогда слал ей все свои документы. Я адвокат или она? Я также был поражён тем, что Екатерина сказала, что по-A-number нельзя узнать информацию о кейсе и почему он закрыт. А для чего тогда существует номер eoir automated system?. Екатерина бросила трубку не закончив разговор. Попросив вернуть деньги, я получил такой ответ: если вы мне можете вернуть мое рабочее время потраченное на ваше дело, то можно было бы поднимать вопрос о возврате какой-то суммы. Вы заплатили за время и знания адвоката. Если вы далее самостоятельно не можете продолжить свое дело, обращайтесь к другим профессионалам. Я всегда уважаю чужой труд, но заплатить 1500$ за письмо отправленное в суд и не решив дело за которое она взялась - это мошенничество. Её уровень знаний и потраченное время не соответствуют такой сумме. Не рекомендую не при каких обстоятельствах.
