Mr. Pracitto is my family attorney which to start with makes him a hero in my eyes. For as long as I have been involved in family court system I have had about 3 other attorneys that always promised things that they couldn’t be certain would happen. Not by saying we will win all situations but by always being honest and letting me what cooks happen even when it wasn’t a good outcome. As the third attorney to enter our divorce case, he turned out to be by far the best. He proved to be the most ethical and thorough as well as cost efficient lawyer we ever used. Best lawyer I ever had! Mr. Pracitto repesented me on a Domestic Violence Case and my Divorce after. He got the criminal case dismissed. I never went to court, ever. After that, he worked to finish my divorce very quickly. I have used 2 other lawyers in the past. I was always able to reach Mr.... Pracitto on his cellphone, even on the weekend. I never had that with other lawyers. I get to see my kids when I wanted and he was able to reduce the child support. He did everything he said he would and gave me a good price on both cases. I was arrested for domestic violence. I called his office and spoke with him directly. He gave me his personal cellphone number so I could call him at any time and I did. Not every lawyer is going to do that. I met him at his office and he knew everything about my case. He even had my police ...report. When we went to court, everyone knew him and he got the case dismissed in less than 45 days. Then he cleaned my record.
