This man is truly the best. Never have I had a good experience with a lawyer. Getting a lawyer was always a loose loose deal. You loose you pay you win you still end up paying. Chris is now something else. He has represented me in over 6 false claims that was made against me by my ex wife ( Fam...ily law and Criminal Law). To this date he has won every single case. He had a chance to charge me an extra $15,000.00 by just waiting and letting state take the case to trial but NO he went in and pretty much forced the state to meet with him while he presented the evidence and got 19 freaking counts dismissed EVEN before going to arraignment. Now tell me do you know of another lawyer that would have done that KNOWING very well that by just going to arraignment and pleading not guilty he would make another $15,000.00? He is the only lawyer that I trust implicitly.

Represented me in a DV case in Miami. Had the charges dismissed at first hearing and I didn’t have to appear in court. Additionally he seemed to be known by some court personnel and they had positive feedback regarding his reputation. Of course I was innocent, but it was reassuring to have an atto...rney of his caliber to ensure things were handled properly.

I was arrested for domestic violence. I called his office and spoke with him directly. He gave me his personal cellphone number so I could call him at any time and I did. Not every lawyer is going to do that. I met him at his office and he knew everything about my case. He even had my police ...report. When we went to court, everyone knew him and he got the case dismissed in less than 45 days. Then he cleaned my record. I have never seen a lawyer do everything he said he would and I only went to court one time. He is great and I recommend him to anyone.

I was a first time offender and wrongfully accused. I had witnesses and physical evidence that proved my innocence. I hired this lawyer after receiving his letter by mail. I hired him primarily because of the consultation, seemingly a caring attorney and because he was the most affordable. The ca...se lasted over a year and eventually was dropped by the state. Most of the time he wanted me to take the anger management classes and have the case over with but I felt that my innocence and life-long good citizenship deserved more than a plead deal. Afterwards, I made the mistake to pay him for an expungement that has taken more than a year to process when it should had not taken more than 60 days. He is never available to take calls and he has no legal secretary. His office is a rental space service in Brickell. Though I had the support of family and friends to push me to justice, I feel that if Christopher Pracitto had had his way, I would had paid for something I did not do. He only added to my frustration than to make justice be fair. We live in a country where you are innocent until proven guilty, but many times, he reminded me that many many people are in jail based on principle and not justice. I do not recommend him. In addition, he is not organized and was always late to court.
