Without any doubts Marc Seitles is the best attorney ever, he is the only best ever to be honest with you, I had no hopes really! When we came to his office we were devastated, full of fear, with a long sentence offer of over nine years. Since that day forward a continuous fight continued, with had... no hope and we had no faith in anyone. But since day one and throughout the case he continued telling us to have faith in him, that one day we would give him a big hug for saving my husband. I lost my mind so many times and I felt I was out of control, but Marc was always there having lots of patience and answering all our calls and questions. He didn’t care if it was the weekend or a holiday, he was always there, even when we called at 11 o’clock at night he always answered. Marc Seitles, is objectively one of the best criminal attorneys alive today. I hired Mr. Seitles because my mother was charged with healthcare fraud which was a shock for our entire family. We visited several attorneys, including some big names, like Roy Black. But in the end my mother hired Marc. ... Even with his broken Spanish, my mother who only speaks spanish sensed from the beginning that he had more heart and fight in him. Poor Marc, soon learned that he wasn't just taking on, one new client but two very protective daughters. Understanding that, Marc was kind and responsive to all of our questions. He listened to all of our, remarks, emails, phone calls, input, even when we made him the focus of our anger, he would give objective and well thought out responses. He understood that as a family we were also heavily affected by the charge. Our main goal, was to have our mom be placed under house arrest, probation at home. Marc fought until the end to make it happen. Before sentencing, he was going back and forth with the prosecutor, and that's what you want in an attorney, someone who doesn't stop until it's over. The day of sentencing, it was very clear he came prepared. He didn't back down from any of the judges' remarks or queries against such a lenient sentence. He rebutted every dispute, and offered a lot of cases to back him up. He truly blew us away with his "all or nothing" attitude. At the very end, we were sure the judge would give my moth 3 years in prison, she was tough, and fought him on every fact, repeatedly stating that she didn't think there was enough punishment if she let my mom stay home. Long story short, my mother got to stay home, and we could not be more appreciative of Marc for it. It was absolutely Marcs' winning attitude and persistence that got her to change her mind on the punishment issue. All our family including my mom loved his services and professionalism.
