I met Marc Seitles back in 2011, when I was arrested. The prosecutor asked for me to be detained until my trial date. In the Federal system that means that your are denied bond. Bond was denied even though I was an American citizen and had lived in the U.S for more than 30 years. After my first meeting with Marc I hired him and fired my old attorney. I was taking to my trial judge for my last opportunity at being bond.
