I was in court after being “left at the alter” by my original attorney. I already paid him a retainer, however he explained an unfortunate tragedy and could not travel. I was caught in a situation where I needed counsel. I needed someone who could explain my situation to the DA and get my case d...ismissed. I didn’t want to miss work, and I wanted this tragic legal inconvenience handled. As I sat patiently and waited to speak to the judge and explain why my prior attorney missed my court date I noticed one particular lawyer extremely active in his integration with the entire courtroom and procedures. At that time I did not approach the gentleman. I waited to be called, immediately explained my situation, and requested time to seek new counsel. Request granted. I walked out. That was the absolute last time I saw the inside of the courtroom. Attorney Scarfe completely alleviated the entire process. Benjamin has taken two cases for me he also helped me with other problems he wasn't even paid for. I had a suspected DUI in 2012 Ben fought all year won the DMV so I kept my license.Mr Scarfe dissected my case to the point it was thrown out I blew a .21 and walked Ben worked very hard for me and help...ed me feel comfortable minimizing stress throughout the case. Without been my career would have been over. Recently Ben took a hit and run case and turned another career killer into a minor infraction that will not even go on my record after driving school.
