Biography
Licensed to practice law in Florida since 2005 and a University of Miami School of Law Graduate, member of the Dade County Bar Association and admitted to the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida. After graduating from law school, Mr. Ghaffar worked at as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, and later worked as an Assistant Regional Counsel for the Office of Regional Counsel, 4th DCA, handling criminal homicide and other first degree felony cases. He has won the majority of the forty cases tried reaching verdict as well as a felony hat-trick award while serving as an APD.
