Michael Gulisano

I hired Michael Gulisano to represent my corporation in October 2015 and within a month I regretted it! Michael Gulisano is one of the worst Attorney's I've ever hired in Florida. His lack of communication and timeliness to file documents is unprofessional.A condition of Michael Gulisano’s employ...ment was communication however on several occasions he failed to return telephone calls and emails (over a several week time frame). In fact, the Judge warned him that he had a responsibility to properly represent us, and his actions were borderline malpractice. Furthermore, his billing practices are unscrupulous - we asked him for detailed billing and an example his “detailed” billing was (October 10 - November 19, 2015 - "Multiple correspondence with Defendant’s counsel, Court, Co-Counsel, and Client"). You call that detailed billing? I have since fired him and filed a motion to remove him from our case.

I retained Michael after my boss refused to pay me my overtime. He is honest and straightforward and, IMO, the best attorney in FL. Any issue I had any problem I had, Michael had the answer to resolve them. He is professional well-spoken and articulate in the courtroom. His service was awesome and he... always answered my calls. I would absolutely trust Michael with all my legal needs. I highly recommend his firm.

Michael handled my slip and fall case. I had never been involved in the legal system before. Michael made it easy. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He would even answer legal questions unrelated to my case, which was really cool. Ultimately he settled my case at mediation for a ve...ry large amount.

I want to start off by saying that I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Michael. I don’t know who posted the “anonymous” bad review about him but it does not sound anything like the Michael Gulisano I dealt with. I was rear-ended at a light and I was concerned about who ...would pay for my damages and any medical fees. I called Michael’s office after hours, and received a call back early the next morning. I work full-time and have very little free time on my hands. Michael scheduled to meet me later that day, who by the way, came to ME! Yes, no need to ever drive across town to a hard to find office if you have a tight schedule. Michael was very professional and very organized. Michael sat down with me, answered every question I had, explained the entire process of filing a claim against the driver who hit me, he collected all the information from my accident including insurance info and pictures, thoroughly explained all of the paperwork, and got the ball rolling on my case immediately. Michael took charge of the entire case, including all the back and forth between the insurance companies and the other party. He called me regularly to provide me with any updates or new details with my case. I felt very secure and at ease throughout the duration of my case knowing it was being handled by such an organized, professional, and efficient attorney. Michael was able to negotiate a very nice settlement for me only one month after I finished seeing the doctors. If you were involved in an accident, and don’t know who to call or are contemplating going it alone, I would definitely recommend giving Michael Gulisano a call first.
