My back was seriously hurt after I slipped and fell at a supermarket, which I cannot name due to my settlement. I originally went with another attorney but after the supermarket denied any responsibility for my injuries, she gave up and wouldn’t represent me anymore. I then found Michael and I’m glad... I did. Michael kept fighting after the insurance company repeated their denial to him. Michael kept fighting after the supermarket made several lowball offers. Michael kept fighting for the best settlement. When he told me what their “final” offer was, he didn’t pressure me to settle and said we could take it to court if I wanted. I took the settlement b/c the “final” offer was pretty good. Thanks Mike!
