Michael Gulisano

I have nothing but the upmost amazing things to say about Michael Gulisano and his firm! When my boss refused to pay me for the overtime I worked, I searched Google for an attorney and found Gulisano Law. I am happy I did! Mr. Gulisano was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. More importantly, to me ...at least, he was candid and honest about my case, which is sadly rare for an attorney.

I hired Michael Gulisano to represent my corporation in October 2015 and within a month I regretted it! Michael Gulisano is one of the worst Attorney's I've ever hired in Florida. His lack of communication and timeliness to file documents is unprofessional.A condition of Michael Gulisano’s employ...ment was communication however on several occasions he failed to return telephone calls and emails (over a several week time frame). In fact, the Judge warned him that he had a responsibility to properly represent us, and his actions were borderline malpractice. Furthermore, his billing practices are unscrupulous - we asked him for detailed billing and an example his “detailed” billing was (October 10 - November 19, 2015 - "Multiple correspondence with Defendant’s counsel, Court, Co-Counsel, and Client"). You call that detailed billing? I have since fired him and filed a motion to remove him from our case.

I retained Michael after my boss refused to pay me my overtime. He is honest and straightforward and, IMO, the best attorney in FL. Any issue I had any problem I had, Michael had the answer to resolve them. He is professional well-spoken and articulate in the courtroom. His service was awesome and he... always answered my calls. I would absolutely trust Michael with all my legal needs. I highly recommend his firm.

What I liked most was that Michael was straightforward and HONEST. He even told me things that might have made me decide NOT to pursue a claim even though it would have meant he wouldn’t make any money either. By far the best call I could have made after my accident. I was lost after a hit and run... not to mention I was in a lot of pain. Not only did Michael assist me with my car rental information, car insurance, but also locating the individual who hit my car and tried to leave. He was very helpful throughout the process and was able to explain everything clearly. I don’t know what I would have done without him. Thank you so much. Hope to never be in a crash again, but I know who to call if I am.

Going to Michael was the best decision I could have made after my 1st and 2nd accident that I unfortunately had. He was genuine, prompt, and very professional. He kept my updated regularly and even stepped in when my own insurance company would not return my calls. He ripped them a new one in a lo...ng letter. Mike told them that his non-minority clients are never treated the way I was being treated and he was “left to conclude” that I was being treated differently because of my race. After that, the insurance company bent over backwards and did more for me than I originally asked for! I highly recommend Michael’s services to my friends, family, and even strangers!
