Michael Gulisano

I reached out to Michael given his Excellent Review on Google and AVVO. I needed him to write a Cease and Desist Letter. This work was obviously a bit out of scope from his usual injury practice but he agreed. Nonetheless, Michael did an excellent job for Amazing price. I had an ongoing dispute where... I forwarded Michael tons of documents, info, etc. He beautifully synthesized it all in a succinct letter w/ exhibits, etc. I will be returning to Michael in the future for any legal needs he supports in the future.

I used Gulisano Law recently for settling a lawsuit regarding an accident I was involved in. I was 100% satisfied with the services. I found them to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and hard working. They kept me well informed of all that was going on with the case and laid out my options very ...clearly. I hired Michael Gulisano to represent my corporation in October 2015 and within a month I regretted it! Michael Gulisano is one of the worst Attorney's I've ever hired in Florida. His lack of communication and timeliness to file documents is unprofessional.A condition of Michael Gulisano’s employ...ment was communication however on several occasions he failed to return telephone calls and emails (over a several week time frame). In fact, the Judge warned him that he had a responsibility to properly represent us, and his actions were borderline malpractice. Furthermore, his billing practices are unscrupulous - we asked him for detailed billing and an example his “detailed” billing was (October 10 - November 19, 2015 - "Multiple correspondence with Defendant’s counsel, Court, Co-Counsel, and Client"). You call that detailed billing? I have since fired him and filed a motion to remove him from our case.

What I liked most was that Michael was straightforward and HONEST. He even told me things that might have made me decide NOT to pursue a claim even though it would have meant he wouldn’t make any money either. By far the best call I could have made after my accident. I was lost after a hit and run... not to mention I was in a lot of pain. Not only did Michael assist me with my car rental information, car insurance, but also locating the individual who hit my car and tried to leave. He was very helpful throughout the process and was able to explain everything clearly. I don’t know what I would have done without him. Thank you so much. Hope to never be in a crash again, but I know who to call if I am.
