When I needed to find a good bankruptcy lawyer that I could afford I checked online and found Brian Cohen. And he was just what I needed. His prices are more than reasonable and his reputation befits him. He snd everyone at his law firm were friendly and always willing to listen and help. A great law...yer at a great price... what more could you ask for?

I hired Brian Cohen to help me with a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. From start to finish he was utterly professional, as was his staff. First, I met with him, not a staff memeber or paralegal. From what I've heard that in and of itself is not typical. And I have to say everything that I experienced in my... time there was different from every other experience with a lawyer or law firm that I've ever had. Compassionate, and never "on the clock" were they. I can definitely recommend Brian Cohen and his firm if ever you find yourself in need a solid bankruptcy lawyer.

Even though I came to see him with a problem that was not the kind he handled, since he said he only does bankruptcy, he spent time anyway explaining all my legal options, and even referred m to several lawyers who could help with my situation. He didn't rush me or make me feel like I was wasting his... time, and for that I am thankful. Also for the great referral he gave me.

I phoned Brian about potentially filing bankruptcy in Florida, where I maintain a winter residence. He was honest with me and explained that because I owned property in New Jersey that I would be better off filing there and not in Florida (where he practiced ). This meant that he could not take my c...ase, and thus would not make any money from my case, but that did not stop him from being upfront and honest with me. I only wish all lawyers were so honest!
