I am in the early stages of a chapter 13with this attorney's office. I say that because after the initial consultation, I never heard from him again. I followed instructions as they came, but was not educated about the process, had almost nothing explained to me about what would happen or when. I ...found out as things happened. The plan keeps changing, payments keep increasing with no explanation or reason, and they give you as little information as possible. They make things seem better than they are, and before you realize what is happening it is too late. You will be out thousands of dollars and in worse shape than when you started.

Called because i was at a point where i was so in debt i had no other option but file for bankruptcy. From day one Brian was real and down-to -earth. His firm is staffed with incredible people, always available either through phone or e-mail and always happy to answer my questions. I can't recommend ...Brian enough if you find yourself in an unfortunate situation like i did. There were no hidden fees or charges he was upfront with the price from the beginning.
