Back in 2006, I had a very bad experience with the family court in Broward County. I was railroaded and treated unfairly by the Magistrate. My evidence substantiating that I was not a deadbeat dad was overlooked. The Court imposed child support with high arrearages. I appealed locally to no avail. M...y prose motions were denied. I appealed to the District Court in 2010 and the case was overturned in 2012. For 8 years, Broward County refused to obey the high court’s order to grant me a new hearing. Then in March 2020, 4 years after my daughter had reached the age of maturity, I was granted a hearing. The Court, Attorney General, and DOR continued to play games and deny me due process. I couldn't take it anymore and God blessed me to find Bruce. He was experienced, compassionate, responsive, and strategic. Bruce stood in the fire for me and like a pitbull he was persistent and AWESOME! We won!!! He was able to have over 85% of my balance wiped out. He saved me a chunk of cash!!!!!

I thought I would have gotten a better deal but once it was all set and done I ended up with a losing hand. I thought Bruce would actually be heaven sent in my case for time share for my baby boy. Money wasted for a year and the outcome was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve read my court ordered time share... and let’s just say I was being screwed from my own lawyer on top of my child’s mom lawyer. Crazy but I’m not upset it’s just lesson learned.

I hired Bruce Warner to do a Child Paternity case for me, This Joker took $2. 000 dollars from me , I did ALL the leg" work and gave him the info. After 90days he still didn't send a letter or made any contact with anyone all I got was promises. and that is when he did get around to returning your... call or text.. He communicates by Text which is the worst...Totally unprepared, Big liar, He will take your Money and do NOTHING,,,,Please be careful of this Joke for a Lawyer!!
