He has been disciplined by the Bar multiple times.
My experience with Bruce E. Warner (divorce representation in 2018/2019) was extremely negative. He failed to appear at hearings, communicated unreliably, and repeatedly offered excuses. He was formally disciplined by the Bar in 2014 and again in 2025. Clear warning: do not hire this attorney

Terrible lawyer
Bruce us a liar and a lazy person. He doesn’t care about your case and will take months to do anything you unless you are on him. I retained him in Sept and he didn’t file until dec ..

Scam Artist
Horrible human being. Does not care about you or you case. All he wants us money and will call you for days till he gets it and never return your call when you him. Run from this guy. Uses his son la death as an excuse to get your case. Total disgrace to the justice system

Preoccupied with just about anything other than your case
Represented me in my 2010 DOM. Never invoice me for hours and constantly wanting more money. Never supplied me with repeated requests for invoice of money in hours I voiced. If he was suspended while representing me is there any recourse?

I thought wrong
I thought I would have gotten a better deal but once it was all set and done I ended up with a losing hand. I thought Bruce would actually be heaven sent in my case for time share for my baby boy. Money wasted for a year and the outcome was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve read my court ordered time share...
