Back in 2006, I had a very bad experience with the family court in Broward County. I was railroaded and treated unfairly by the Magistrate. My evidence substantiating that I was not a deadbeat dad was overlooked. The Court imposed child support with high arrearages. I appealed locally to no avail. M...y prose motions were denied. I appealed to the District Court in 2010 and the case was overturned in 2012. For 8 years, Broward County refused to obey the high court’s order to grant me a new hearing. Then in March 2020, 4 years after my daughter had reached the age of maturity, I was granted a hearing. The Court, Attorney General, and DOR continued to play games and deny me due process.
