I hired Bruce Warner for a child custody matter in August 2025 and it was the biggest mistake of my case. After paying a flat fee and waiting over 8 months, my case has moved nowhere. Despite providing specific leads on the other party’s location, his office failed to file a single proof of service a...ttempt or a 'Diligent Search' affidavit with the court.Communication is non-existent. I was constantly passed off to an assistant who provided legally incorrect excuses to justify their inaction. When I requested the name of the process server or a service log to prove work was actually being done, they refused to provide it.I later discovered he has a documented history of disciplinary actions with the Florida Bar for these exact issues—failing to file pleadings and ignoring clients. Do your research before hiring. I’ve had to terminate him, file a Bar complaint (ACAP), and start over from scratch. Save your money and your time—hire a lawyer who will actually work for your children."

I would not recommend attorney Bruce Warner based on my experience. After 4 days of hiring him, I decided he was not a good fit for me and ended the representation.He has claimed that a significant amount of work was completed during those 4 days. However, it has now been over 30 days, and I am still... waiting for a refund of any unused funds. I find it concerning that while the work was allegedly completed in such a short time, it is taking over 4 weeks to review the account and process my refund.In addition, there were delays in receiving necessary communication to change counsel, including being told for approximately 3 weeks that an email could not be located. I have made multiple attempts to follow up and resolve this directly, but the issue remains unresolved. Communication regarding this matter has been limited, which has been very frustrating. Clients deserve timely handling of their funds and clear communication. I hope this issue is addressed soon, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this attorney.

Back in 2006, I had a very bad experience with the family court in Broward County. I was railroaded and treated unfairly by the Magistrate. My evidence substantiating that I was not a deadbeat dad was overlooked. The Court imposed child support with high arrearages. I appealed locally to no avail. M...y prose motions were denied. I appealed to the District Court in 2010 and the case was overturned in 2012. For 8 years, Broward County refused to obey the high court’s order to grant me a new hearing. Then in March 2020, 4 years after my daughter had reached the age of maturity, I was granted a hearing. The Court, Attorney General, and DOR continued to play games and deny me due process. I couldn't take it anymore and God blessed me to find Bruce. He was experienced, compassionate, responsive, and strategic. Bruce stood in the fire for me and like a pitbull he was persistent and AWESOME! We won!!! He was able to have over 85% of my balance wiped out. He saved me a chunk of cash!!!!!
