I have used Scott's services twice. First I had to amend a parenting plan then had to petition for a relocation. This wasn't exactly anything I had experience with but learned that the following makes all the difference in the world when you are going through this and what to look for in an lawyer: ... 1. Experience. I am an example kind of person and Scott was able to give me various scenarios which he had experience with to help guide me through the process. He was very confident that although my situation was unique that he had the background to help me prevail. His solutions were creative at times but they totally worked and you can only do that if you've been through a lot. 2. Communication. Both times I was able to communicate with him freely and truly felt that he listened and came up with great solutions to both of my situations. All of my calls and e-mails were responded to promptly and thoroughly. They guide you through the entire process and always show an incredible amount of patience and professionalism. I had a lot of questions! 3. Friendliness: Everyone in the office gives you that same vibe and that was very important to me because the situation is stressful enough. Anything involving a family is going to be challenging but Scott and his team really know what they're doing.
