I had only used an attorney one time in my life prior to this and it was not a pleasant experience. So I was very nervous about having to hire another, but I had to. I was referred to Attorney Scott Brook for a divorce after 27 years of marriage and from the first phone call to the last I felt like... my problem was important. Everyone from the front desk to the assistances to the attorneys were so kind and concerned for my problem. If I had a question via a phone call or email I got a response in a very timely manner. 3 years after handling my divorce I had so much trust in this firm that I returned. I had to re-modify my divorce agreement for my children sake. Attorney Brook new how upset I was regarding and worked so very hard for me and my kids. Scott is a very soft spoken, very polite, meek, and humble man when he is speaking to you, but when he went before the judge and opposing counsel and fought for my children he was very self confident, very sure of his case and himself. He knew his case when he walked in that courthouse. Attorney Brook's was very prepared. I won't say I wasn't scared going in there but when I saw and heard Attorney Brook's in the judges chambers all my fears were gone. I would certainly refer Attorney Scott Brook to others. I am so very thankful to have been referred to him for his legal services. What stands out to me about this firm besides winning is the team work. Everyone works together and are very professional and I do believe honestly cares for their clients. I will be forever thankful for Attorney Brook's and his team.

BEWARE OF THIS LAW FIRM!!My experience with Scott Brook, his associates, paralegals are payroll people was the most HORRIFYING experience of my life. I thought divorce was the worst with a newborn child...I guess I was wrong. I should of known that they were all about money with no compassion.When I ...first walked in and had a hour long consultation and as soon as the hour was up, he stopped talking mid sentence because I only paid for a hour. He didn't even answer any any of the questions I needed. Five months later we never even went to court and settled on anything with my ex and I ended up wasting thousands of dollars. If you call to even see how things are moving he will bill you a ridiculous amount. Absolutely no work was done and I'm out of a ton of money. When he thought he wasn't going to get any more money from me,the whole office would not contact me and then he filed a motion to "withdraw counsel" which means he will no longer be my lawyer. Scott Brook and his co-workers told me so many lies for me to sign the motion so he wouldn't have to be my lawyer. I wish I was warned so I will now make it my duty that this never happens to anyone else from Scott Brook and Associates.

Mr. Brook was very charming at the beginning of my case but there were several red flags and I wish I had read the reviews before hiring him. He was difficult to reach on the phone, and late for almost every meeting (including depositions and court appearances). There was so much red-tape involved ...in every process that our new lawyer had to begin all over again because the information Mr. Brook charged so much to gather was no longer current. According to our new attorney, countless mistakes were made in our case which caused it to drag on with unnecessary drama and expense and he questions the skills and professionalism of this man! I believe that Mr. Brook is only concerned with making money but has the ability to make you believe that he truly cares.
