Scott Jonathan Brook

I went to Scott J. Brook almost 3 years ago with hope that someone could please help us in our current situation. From the first time we met with him he was ready to help, very polite and professional. My husband and I walked out of there knowing that he was the one that would put peace back into our... families lives. He has been nothing but honest with us through out our entire process and always listening to what we have to say. Our opinion matters to him and that really means a lot to us as a family especially through such a difficult time in our lives. From our experience with Mr. Brook he truly cares about his clients. He always keeps me up to date on every single thing that is happening with our case. Answers every question without hesitation. I can call him any day, at anytime if there is an emergency or just a simple question. He will answer even if he is about to walk into a meeting! He still takes the time to listen to you and if needed he will return your call right away. We would recommend him to anyone. His office staff is AMAZING!! Every single person in that office treats us like family and are all very professional. Everyone is always smiling,very welcoming and helpful. We are very proud to call him our attorney! Get an attorney who will really put himself in your shoes, be honest, hard working, dedicated to help your family, listens, cares, and is always professional. We thank him and his amazing team so very much for everything that they have already done for our family.

I always thought Lawyers were crooks, but after meeting Mr. Brook and his Staff I can say I have the most respect for what they do, assisting someone like me that is going through a very nasty and long divorce. He is punctual,honest,trustworthy. Always take his time to insure I understand what his go...ing on in my case gives me expectation and perspective what may happen during my case. I can call Mr. Brook at anytime and He always available, and if his not one available one of his staff will call me back to assist me with my concern. I will always recommend Mr. Brook to anyone going through a divorce.

Would not recommend attorney!!! Trying to get a divorce for more than three years. Scott Brooks is arrogant and more than that he doesn't listen. Being a Mayor at one time I feel he truly believes he is above doing the right thing for all his clients. He has lots of my money but I am not divorced .A...fter years of his self - created delays, excuses and asking for even more money. I wanted a simple divorce that he turned into a giant mess!!! I wish I never heard his name. My kids suffer all the time of my divorce, by the way after all his charges $$$$$$ i'M not divorce yet !!!!

Mr. Brook was my attorney of choice in an extremely difficult (for me) family legal issue. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, quick to respond to my issues and most importantly, he genuinely cared about my concerns. He and his incredibly efficient Team were always quick to respond to my myriad ...questions and patiently guided me through one of the most trying events in my life. In my opinion, Scott Brook is a splendid attorney and an asset not only to our legal field but to our Florida Community, as well.

Scott and his staff aided me in my divorce which began in October of 2011. I was helpless and left without money (husband took everything before he filed for divorce) and left myself and our two children with nothing. They worked out payment plans for me and always checked up on me while waiting for ...the next step. They gave me advice as not only my attorney but also as my friend. I felt comfortable calling them with any issues I had and they were always caring and compassionate. Judy is the secretary and she is the most amazing woman ever with a heart of gold. The rest of the staff is the same way. They are pro doing the right thing, so men should feel confident in Scott's expert advice, but overall, their main concern was not just my well being but my children's well being as well.There were moments I wanted to stray from my morals, but Scott and his staff talked me out of things like a family member or a close friend would. My absolute only complaint is the total cost of the divorce. Never going through a divorce before, I didn't realize how quickly things add up. In the middle of my divorce, his Esquire left the office so I had to deal with a new one. I had to redo a few weeks of conversations and papers with the new Esq. and was re-billed. At the end of the day, Scott listened, heard my complaint and took all Unnecessary charges off plus some. Although the cost was not due to Scott's delay by any means, I wish I would have been educated more "quickly and effectively" on what is really necessary and what isn't (only because my concern was money from the get-go). This is the only reason I put a 4 under "kept me well informed". I definitely recommend Scott and his staff for not only their knowledge on all matters but also for their kindness and compassion to all. They are all truly lovely people that made my divorce 100% less stressful than it would have been.
