BEWARE OF THIS LAW FIRM!!My experience with Scott Brook, his associates, paralegals are payroll people was the most HORRIFYING experience of my life. I thought divorce was the worst with a newborn child...I guess I was wrong. I should of known that they were all about money with no compassion.When I ...first walked in and had a hour long consultation and as soon as the hour was up, he stopped talking mid sentence because I only paid for a hour. He didn't even answer any any of the questions I needed. Five months later we never even went to court and settled on anything with my ex and I ended up wasting thousands of dollars. If you call to even see how things are moving he will bill you a ridiculous amount. Absolutely no work was done and I'm out of a ton of money. When he thought he wasn't going to get any more money from me,the whole office would not contact me and then he filed a motion to "withdraw counsel" which means he will no longer be my lawyer. Scott Brook and his co-workers told me so many lies for me to sign the motion so he wouldn't have to be my lawyer. I wish I was warned so I will now make it my duty that this never happens to anyone else from Scott Brook and Associates.

KLOB KNEW SCOOT BROOK BEFORE HE BECAME THE MAYER OF MY CITY CORAL SPRINGS GREAT FATHER AND FRIEND ,MY KIDS WERE GOING THRU SO MUCH , HE HELPED THEM THRU OUR TOUGH TIMES HE INVITED MY KIDS IN PROGRAMS LIKE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS THAT HELPED THEM AND OPENED THEIR MIND ABOUT THE FUTURE, I ...WOULD SAY SCOOT IS THE BEST MENTOR AND WITH HELPING OTHERS .HE IS MY LAWYER AND A FRIEND , SO HE HANDLED MY CHILD CUSTODY CASE I WAS VERY WORRIED ABOUT MY KIDS LEAVING THE COUNTRY WHERE THEY BORN AND RAISED , HE EVEN HELPED BY POINTING ME TO WOMAN MENTOR THAT I WASN'T CHARGED FOR AND IT GAVE ME THE BOOST TO KEEP GOING ON , I'M GOING THRU DIVORCE FOR THE LAST YEAR HE AND HIS MEMBERS OF HIS FIRM, JODY MOSCONE AND ANOTHER GREAT LAWYER MASON NETTLETON THEY MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY AND THEY ALL HAVE SCOOT'S ENERGY OF HELPING AND SUPPORT BY UNDERSTANDING THE LAW , SO I'M SO CONFIDENT THAT BY HIS LAW SKILLS AS HIS STAFF THAT HE IS GOING TO BE FAIR AND GIVE ME ALL MY RIGHTS BY OUR GREAT LAW IN FLORIDA , HE ALWAYS TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE THAT I CLEARLY KNOW AND UNDERSTAND ALL ABOUT MY CASE AND I KNOW WITH SCOOT MY CASE IS GOING GOOD AND WHERE I AM EXPECTING IT TO BE. I'M CONFIDENT THAT GOD POINT ME BACK AGAIN TO SCOTT FOR MY FAMILY MATTERS FOR A GOOD REASON AND FAIR JUDGMENT FOR ME AND MY TWO KIDS. I RECOMMEND SCOTT J BROOK TO EVERY FAMILY GOING THRU TOUGH TIME AND FAMILY MATTERS.

Scott was recommended to me by a close personal friend who had already been through the divorce process. I could not be happier with the handling of the entire process. While my divorce was not overly complex (no young children) and relatively simple financials, Scott and his team made it as simple ...and painless as it could be. My questions and concerns were addressed quickly and I felt that my own input was accepted and respected. Although people probably never feel great at the end of the divorce process, I do feel that things were handled fairly and professionally and that my interests were well represented. Overall, the service I received was excellent and well worth the money spent to complete the process.

Would not recommend attorney!!! Trying to get a divorce for more than three years. Scott Brooks is arrogant and more than that he doesn't listen. Being a Mayor at one time I feel he truly believes he is above doing the right thing for all his clients. He has lots of my money but I am not divorced .A...fter years of his self - created delays, excuses and asking for even more money. I wanted a simple divorce that he turned into a giant mess!!! I wish I never heard his name. My kids suffer all the time of my divorce, by the way after all his charges $$$$$$ i'M not divorce yet !!!!

Scott and his staff aided me in my divorce which began in October of 2011. I was helpless and left without money (husband took everything before he filed for divorce) and left myself and our two children with nothing. They worked out payment plans for me and always checked up on me while waiting for ...the next step. They gave me advice as not only my attorney but also as my friend. I felt comfortable calling them with any issues I had and they were always caring and compassionate. Judy is the secretary and she is the most amazing woman ever with a heart of gold. The rest of the staff is the same way. They are pro doing the right thing, so men should feel confident in Scott's expert advice, but overall, their main concern was not just my well being but my children's well being as well.There were moments I wanted to stray from my morals, but Scott and his staff talked me out of things like a family member or a close friend would. My absolute only complaint is the total cost of the divorce. Never going through a divorce before, I didn't realize how quickly things add up. In the middle of my divorce, his Esquire left the office so I had to deal with a new one. I had to redo a few weeks of conversations and papers with the new Esq. and was re-billed. At the end of the day, Scott listened, heard my complaint and took all Unnecessary charges off plus some. Although the cost was not due to Scott's delay by any means, I wish I would have been educated more "quickly and effectively" on what is really necessary and what isn't (only because my concern was money from the get-go). This is the only reason I put a 4 under "kept me well informed". I definitely recommend Scott and his staff for not only their knowledge on all matters but also for their kindness and compassion to all. They are all truly lovely people that made my divorce 100% less stressful than it would have been.
