Highly Recommend

I would highly recommend Mr. Abzug for family matters, especially divorce. He is very knowledgeable of the law, and is conscientious in working your case. He will take the time to listen to the facts of your case and advise you as to what your rights are. He is always available by phone to answer ...any questions you might have.

Job Well Done

Gave me solid advice. I followed it. We won the case. He returned telephone calls and kept me in the loop.

good attorney....but

Handled the beginning of my case great. Won a temporary suspension of alimony and things were going great. However Mark failed to tell me I owed 8 months alimony retroactive ($15,000) AND never informed me I would have to pay a pre-trial retainer ($5,000). Very poor performance to not disclose th...ese gigantic costs upfront. All money issues should be discussed upfront. May I add also, Mark does not return e-mails on a timely basis.

I cannot comment on the facts of this client's case as they are protected by the attorney / client privilege. Consequently, all I can say is that my former client was very happy with the outcome of his case and he never shared these concerns with me until posting this review. I recall emailing, texting, and speaking with this client many times, including after hours and on weekends. Insofar as finances are concerned, my retainer agreement (and most lawyers retainer agreements) contain a trial retainer clause. I have reached out to this client after reading his review but he has not returned my telephone calls or responded to my emails. It should be noted that this review was posted 4 months after the case concluded. Still, my staff and I wish him the best of luck. He's a good man and we enjoyed representing him.

You dont want to know, trust me..

I hired this Attorney to fight my custody battle, the disappointment came early when after my money was taken, the lack of communication was horrible. He didn't post motions on time, the problems stacked up. You cant possible work on a case when you cant be reached. Steer Clear!! Also, this attorn...ey has tried to stop my review, I can only imagine how many other reviews he disputed to hide the truth., that only further tells how you can not trust his integrity. Client BEWARE
